Here's my schedule ➡️
Psychedelic integration counselling provides a supportive space to process and make sense of experiences involving non-ordinary or altered states of consciousness. These experiences can bring forward emotions, memories, insights, questions, or changes in perspective that may benefit from further exploration and integration.
I offer counselling in Vancouver and online in Canada to individuals who are looking for emotional and psychological support related to non-ordinary state experiences, including processing and integrating an experience that has already occurred.
I have specialized education in this area, including a Graduate Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy from Vancouver Island University as well as additional training from Therapsil, Roots to Thrive, and other advanced therapy skill training. My work draws on these trainings alongside my broader experience supporting clients with trauma, emotional processing, mindfulness, and somatic approaches.
Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and therapeutic goals. Depending on what you are looking for support with, counselling may include:
Exploring intentions, expectations, emotions, and concerns
Developing grounding and emotional regulation strategies
Processing emotions, memories, or experiences that emerged
Making sense of difficult, confusing, or meaningful experiences
Exploring insights or shifts in perspective
Working through grief, loss, trauma, relationships, or life transitions
Using mindfulness and other practices to support reflection and integration
Considering how insights may be incorporated into everyday life
My approach is grounded in counselling, emotional processing, mindfulness, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care. The focus is on creating a supportive environment where you can explore your experience without judgment and determine what, if anything, feels meaningful to carry forward.
Counselling may explore intentions, expectations, fears, supports, boundaries, coping strategies, and ways of responding to challenging emotions or experiences.
Integration counselling focuses on what happens afterward. Integration can involve processing emotions and memories, exploring insights, making meaning of an experience, and considering how it may relate to your relationships, values, mental health, or everyday life.
You do not need to have had a positive or transformative experience to benefit from integration. Counselling can also provide support when an experience was confusing, difficult, overwhelming, or did not unfold as expected.
I provide psychedelic integration counselling in Vancouver and online, with a focus on emotional processing, mindfulness, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care.
Controlled substances are not provided as part of my services. I do not sell, prescribe, supply, administer, obtain, store, transport, or handle controlled substances, and I do not direct clients to sources for obtaining them.
If you are seeking access to a controlled substance, medical advice about its use, or treatment involving the administration of a controlled substance, please speak with an appropriately qualified medical practitioner.
You may benefit from this type of counselling if you are looking for a knowledgeable and non-judgmental space to process and integrate a non-ordinary state experience.
My role is to support the psychological and emotional aspects of integration while helping you connect what emerges to your broader therapeutic goals and everyday life.
Please feel free to schedule a session or consultation to learn more about how psychedelic integration therapy might support your personal growth and healing.
If you are curious to learn more about psychedelic integration and the therapeutic use of non-ordinary states, I would recommend the documentary How To Change Your Mind on Netflix by Michael Pollan or his book of the same title found here. For additional detailed information about psychedelic therapies and the current legal and advocacy landscape in Canada, Therapsil’s resource on psychedelics is an excellent introduction. Another great way to explore whether this might be a supportive approach for you is to reflect on these questions and reach out for a consult.
