Psychedelic Preparation and Integration Therapy helps individuals prepare for a non-ordinary state experience and incorporate insights into their daily lives.  Working with a trained psychedelic therapist like myself, individuals can process and explore any thoughts and emotions that emerged during the process of using entheogens and other psychedelic medicines (e.g., MDMA, psilocybin, Ketamine, breathwork).  As someone who has personally and professionally experienced the transformative power of non-ordinary states, I offer a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking guidance in navigating their psychedelic experiences. 

In one-on-one sessions, we focus on ensuring safe use through a harm-reduction approach and focus on integration afterward, which can involve working through difficult emotions such as grief and loss, revisiting past traumas, and developing new approaches to life.  Some people have used certain psychedelics to improve mood, reduce anxiety, and support with life transitions.  However, these experiences are not a magic bullet, but rather a tool we can use to open up more within ourselves. 

It's important to note that I do not currently offer guided sessions with the use of any psychedelic substances.  Instead, I approach the work with a calm demeanour, open-mind, and a focus on processing emotions, mindfulness practices, safety, and other holistic modalities to help clients prepare with intention and then integrate afterwards.
