Here's my schedule ➡️
I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and supported. In our sessions, I create a grounded, compassionate environment to explore your inner world, whether you’re navigating grief, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or relationship challenges. Therapy can be challenging, but it can also include humour, hope, and be a space to learn, grow, and heal. I work collaboratively with presence, curiosity, and care to help you move toward meaningful change.
Over the past eight years, I’ve supported children, youth, adults, couples, and families in clinical and community settings. Today, I specialize in working with:
First responders and veterans managing stress, burnout, trauma, or preparing for/integrating psychedelic experiences.
Creative women navigating burnout, people-pleasing, or harsh inner critics.
Parents seeking reconnection and emotional regulation with children, teens, or adult children through Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT).
Anyone processing grief or loss—recent or long-held, clear or complicated.
My approach is integrative and emotion-focused, helping clients move through stuck emotional patterns, reconnect with themselves and others, and find clarity during life transitions. I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and the Gottman Method for couples.
I also bring lived experience from growing up in a first responder family, spending time in nature, navigating significant personal losses, and years in music communities, experiences that shape the way I hold space for clients today.
Outside the therapy room, I recharge with long walks in Pacific Spirit Park, yoga, fitness, snowboarding in Whistler, travelling, concerts, and training my Border Collie, who sometimes joins me at work.
I offer both in-person counselling in Vancouver and online therapy across Canada. You can schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit, reach out via WhatsApp, or check my FAQ page for more information.
